Although the growth rate is and has been in decline for several years, Unemployment still poses a large handicap for overpopulated and developing nations as it prevents a country from utilizing human resources . With the world population growing rapidly, an estimate of 600 million jobs would need to be created in the next 15 years. In developing nations, job creation is vital to curb poverty, improve people's standard of living and sustain development.
